Your home staging process will begin with a professional consultation by our talented designer. With the eyes and mindset of a potential buyer, the designer will go through your property room by room and determine what areas should be addressed and leave you with a detailed To-Do list style report. Our goal is to create an optimal visual flow and a favourable impression everywhere the buyers' eyes rest.
A vacant staging is to stage an unoccupied property in which we supply all the furniture, artwork and accessories. Price varies by the size, number of rooms, wall space, style of design, etc.
An occupied staging is to stage a property using primarily the homeowner’s furnishings. We may bring in accessories and/or a few key pieces of furniture depending on the condition and style of the owner's furnishings and our entire design plan agreed upon by the owner and/or listing agent.
If ever you need assistance during the preparation time, we always have trusted and professional industry partners to refer to you, which includes movers, cleaners, organizers, painters, handymen, storage and so on.

Thanks to Rachel I both won a listing and sold it, all in one week. I hired Rachel to stage a house for sale while I was still competing on the listing and thanks to Rachel's performance I both got the listing and sold the house. Rachel was great to work with and home owners enjoy her presence and appreciate her opinions. Thank you Rachel for your tremendous help and for your refreshing approach to home staging and interior design.
Rachel from Houssmax Staging was very professional and I enjoyed working with her. I liked her vision and she understood the concept I was going for. She also respected the budget we had for each project and I really appreciated that. I will be working with Rachel again in the future and would highly recommend her.
You wouldn't believe the positive feedback we had about the staging. Nearly every showing had an interested buyer. The staging was incredible. THANK YOU Rachel and the team!
